At its best in Summer and Spring — a daytime scent.
Positano (Carlos Benaim) by Contes de Parfums is a Aromatic Fruity fragrance for women and men. Positano (Carlos Benaim) was launched in 2022. The nose behind this fragrance is Carlos Benaïm. Top notes are Orange Oil, Turmeric and Black Currant; middle notes are Sea Notes, Lavender and Hay; base notes are Vetiver, Musk and Patchouli. It was a glorious summer's day; everything bathed in the heat of the midday sun, not a shadow in sight beneath the immaculate blue sky in Positano. He felt the constant gentle sea breeze, with its slight saltiness, caressing everything in its path, a reminder of the sea’s proximity. Standing proud, the unique, steeply-stepped houses on the hillside, in tons of peach, pink, and terracotta, all paying homage to the coast. He was fascinated by the tiny, well-kept gardens with lemon and orange trees laden with fruit and pots brimming with lavender, bay leaf, rosemary, and thyme that instantly evoked the aromatic indulgence of Mediterranean cuisine. It was always the unexpected from Positano that he loved and kept him returning to this treasure's very dramatic and exclusive delights on the Amalfi coast. A proposal as ground-breaking as it is unexpected, a very personal interpretation of beautiful Italy from the hands of Carlos. Its aromatic and citrus side with characteristic Mediterranean spices is combined with a marine and salty accord typical of the cities of the Italian coast. A hay accord and a woody background make us remember the warm climate of the Italian coast. Top notes: orange oil, turmeric leaf, black currant Middle notes: lavender, marine accord, hay Base notes: musk, patchouli, vetiver
