Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Olfatuation (the “Service”), a perfume price-comparison service for Qatar operated by an individual based in Qatar. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Olfatuation is

We help you compare perfume prices across Qatar retailers and discover fragrances. We are a comparison service only — we don’t sell perfumes, hold stock, or process purchases. When you buy, you do so directly with the retailer under their terms.

Prices and product information

Prices, availability, sizes, and product details are collected from third-party retailers and enrichment sources and are refreshed regularly, but they can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. We don’t warrant their accuracy. Always confirm the current price and details on the retailer’s own site before purchasing. Perfume notes, accords, and ratings are third-party data provided for guidance, not guarantees.

Your account

Some features (saved lists, price alerts) need an account. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the Service or its data; disrupt or probe it or its security; misuse accounts or alerts; or use it for anything unlawful.

Affiliate links

We earn a commission on some of the links you click through to a retailer. Not every retailer pays us, and we don’t mark which ones do. What matters is what it does not affect: it never changes the price you pay, and it never changes how we rank or present sellers — cheapest-first stays cheapest-first, whether or not that seller pays us.

Intellectual property

The Olfatuation name, design, and original content are ours. Brand names, product names, and images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and comparison. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Third-party sites

Outbound links take you to retailers and other third parties we don’t control and aren’t responsible for. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Olfatuation.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on prices or information shown here — including a purchase made at a price that had changed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for significant changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute.
